Need a Senior Project Managers with strong insurance domain experience. Job Description: Collaborates directly with cross-functional teams and resources to achieve multiple deliverables and milestones within established timeframes. Plan and coordinate timelines, stakeholder communication, project scope, and budgets for low to moderately complex work efforts through the development of plans intended to accomplish goals and objectives. Assists with monitoring and reporting on business objectives, work efforts achievements, and key indicators. Identifies and removes obstacles and impediments to ensure team objectives are met. Develops and tracks project budgets that may include necessary capital expenditures, operational expenses, and labor funding requirements. Participates in creation and adherence to business case and work effort closure activities to determine benefit/business impact realization (as required). Assists in managing risk by using risk management practices to address execution challenges associated with quality, schedule, and cost, in adherence with risk management framework. Supports driving the adoption and sustainment of changes within the organization in compliance with USAA's Chance Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures. Assists in ensuring consistent visibility for teams by monitoring and reporting business objectives, /work efforts achievements, and key indicators. Ensures compliance with company and regulatory policies and procedures. Adheres to EPMO processes, procedures, controls, standards, tools, and templates (as required). Adheres to governance rigor required for work effort. Required Skills: Proficiency in project management and risk management methodologies Strong executive and stakeholder communication abilities Good organizational skills Change management experience. IT Project Management would be nice but not required.
