If you specialize in automating healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes and have extensive experience with healthcare APIs, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain Python-based automation solutions for healthcare RCM processes. Integrate with healthcare APIs (HL7, FHIR, EDI 837/835) to enable smooth data exchange between systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand automation requirements and develop efficient solutions. Build and manage scalable, reliable data processing pipelines for healthcare applications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in RCM processes, ensuring high data accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations. Optimize workflows and develop new features to enhance RCM automation systems. Stay up to date on the latest healthcare technology trends and data exchange standards. Requirements: Experience : 5+ years of Python development, specifically in healthcare automation. Healthcare API Expertise : Strong knowledge of HL7, FHIR, EDI 837/835, and other data exchange standards. RCM Automation : Proven experience automating workflows such as eligibility verification, claims processing, payment posting, and denial management. Integration Skills : Experience integrating with third-party healthcare systems (EHR/EMR, billing software). Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills to tackle complex data and workflow challenges. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms like Azure and containerization technologies ( Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with machine learning techniques for predictive analytics in RCM. Engineering degree preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and independent work capabilities.
