Job Description As a Senior Collaboration Engineer, you will be a key member of our dynamic Unified Communications team, consisting of Network and UC Engineers. Your role will involve providing comprehensive support for planning, design, configuration, deployment, and documentation of enterprise voice and video collaboration solutions. You will work on critical projects for the Department of Defense, applying your expertise in Cisco technologies and DoD-specific requirements. This position offers the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art collaboration systems and contribute to enhancing communication capabilities within high-security environments. Duties and Responsibilities Architect, design, develop, and implement enterprise voice and video collaboration solutions Engineer, deploy, and troubleshoot complex voice and video collaboration systems Apply Cisco best practices and Military Unique Deployment Guide standards to system configurations Implement required Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and other DoD standards Lead the deployment of Cisco Unified Communications Manager clusters and related systems Integrate various third-party applications with existing communication infrastructure Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of UC solutions Document technical designs, configurations, and processes Travel to various sites as needed (up to 50% travel required) Required Experience/Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience 8-10 years of relevant experience in Unified Communications Minimum of 10 years total experience in enterprise voice and video collaboration solutions Extensive experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), UCS platform, Cisco Meeting Server (CMS), E911, Cisco Emergency Responder (CER), and related technologies Proficiency in deploying and configuring Cisco Contact Center Express and Cisco Unity Connection clusters Strong knowledge of Cisco best practices and DoD-specific deployment guidelines Experience applying STIGs and other DoD standards to required devices Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Nice-to-Haves DoD IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+) Familiarity with Expressway Core and Edge (Exp-C&E) best practices Experience with third-party applications such as xMedius Fax Service, Arcadian Attendant Console, Calabrio, and InformaCast paging Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience Thank you [email protected] Direct :- 972-645-0322, Ext -110 Keywords: 100% Remote (50% Travel Expense Paid )|| Unified Communications Engineer || USC Only [email protected] http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2075957&uid= |
