This role is essential for creating and implementing custom applications that enhance business processes using the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. Scope of Services: Application Development: Design and develop custom applications using PowerApps to address specific business needs and improve operational efficiency. Workflow Automation: Utilize Power Automate to automate workflows and streamline processes across various departments. Data Management: Implement data management solutions, ensuring data integrity and accessibility through integration with SharePoint, Dataverse, and other data sources. Reporting Solutions: Create insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI to facilitate data-driven decision-making. User Training and Support: Provide training sessions and ongoing support to users to maximize the adoption and effectiveness of developed applications. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions. Job Roles Designing Applications: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and design user-friendly applications that meet their needs. Development and Testing: Build, test, and deploy applications on the Power Platform while ensuring high-quality standards are met. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all applications, including design specifications, user guides, and maintenance procedures. Integration: Ensure seamless integration of PowerApps with other Microsoft services (e.g., SharePoint, Dynamics 365) and third-party applications. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest features of the Microsoft Power Platform and recommend enhancements to existing solutions. Certifications Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate Mandatory Skills Candidates must possess the following mandatory skills: Proven Experience: At least 2 years of experience in developing applications using Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint Online and Office 365 development. Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and familiarity with C# is a plus. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess business requirements and develop effective solutions. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Preferred Skills The following skills are preferred but not mandatory: Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile project environments.
