Key Responsibilities Design and Development Salesforce Features using Omniscript, Apex, and Flows: Create custom applications, workflows, and automation using Salesforce tools including Omniscript, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. Develop user interfaces and integrate Salesforce with external systems. Collaboration: Work with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Collaborate with teams across sales, marketing, and IT to ensure solutions align with business objectives. Testing and Maintenance: Test the stability, functionality, and performance of applications. Troubleshoot issues, debug code, and provide ongoing support for Salesforce systems. Documentation in ADO: Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
