Job Description : We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the development and implementation of CMDB/SAM/HAM solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and modifying ServiceNow applications, forms, workflows, and other configurations to support client processes. Key Responsibilities : Serve as the Senior ServiceNow developer responsible for implementing CMDB/SAM/HAM solution design using best industry practices. Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment including new applications, forms, UI policies, UI actions, Business Rules, ACLs, UI Builder, etc. Translate requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features by collaborating with the team lead. Develop JavaScript server/client code. Create and use update sets and XMLs to move customer configuration and data between environments using agile methodologies. Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of direct development experience with the ServiceNow platform including Integration HUB, Discovery, IRE rules, Workflow, UI Actions, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Catalog Client Scripts, Catalog UI Policies, Email Scripts, Roles/Groups. 5 years of experience with importing and exporting data to ServiceNow using data loads, transform maps, and transform scripts. 5 years of experience developing ServiceNow CMDB/SAM/HAM modules, including a good understanding of Discovery processes, Software Entitlements, Reconciliation, and Hardware Asset Product Life Cycle. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist SAM/HAM Proficient in JavaScript, REST, and SOAP integrations. Experience with ServiceNow App Engine Studio and UI Builder. Familiarity with Agile development processes. Experience creating process flow documentation.
