Key Responsibilities 1. Service Provider Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of third-party service providers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Review service performance metrics against established SLAs and provide actionable insights through regular performance reports. Conduct periodic reviews with service providers to offer feedback and implement improvements. 2. Service Delivery Oversight: Ensure services are delivered effectively, meeting customer requirements and operational standards. Manage escalations and resolve service delivery issues promptly to minimize customer impact. Collaborate with providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of support services. 3. Quality Assurance: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain high service quality. Identify and mitigate risks that could impact service timelines or quality. Conduct regular process audits to ensure compliance with internal and industry standards. 4. Customer Experience Management: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication between service providers and stakeholders. Address customer concerns and complaints, ensuring a positive resolution and enhancing satisfaction. Analyze customer feedback and work with providers to implement service improvements. 5. Reporting and Documentation: Deliver regular updates to senior management on service performance and satisfaction metrics. Maintain comprehensive documentation of service agreements, performance reviews, and action plans. Develop and update operational policies and procedures. 6. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency. Work with service providers to implement innovative practices and best-in-class solutions. Drive initiatives to improve cost-effectiveness and customer satisfaction. Skills & Qualifications Experience : 5+ years in operations management, preferably in a service delivery or vendor management role. Knowledge : Strong understanding of SLAs, performance metrics, and quality assurance frameworks. Technical Skills : Proficient in performance management tools, reporting software, and relevant technologies. Soft Skills : Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence. Education : Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Certifications (Preferred): ITIL Foundation or other IT service management certifications. Additional Requirements Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities. Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site meetings or client engagements.
