Demonstrated experience in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps. Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders. Experience in product/program management, with a focus on technology or AI-driven products. Experience working in the public sector or with government agencies is highly desirable. Skills and Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI use cases, technologies, ethical considerations, and policy implications. Strong strategic & critical thinking and planning skills. Attention to detail. Strong technical and business communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to build consensus and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Knowledge of data governance, security, and privacy best practices. Familiarity with relevant state and federal laws and regulations. Understanding of responsible AI development principles, including fairness, transparency, and accountability.
