Nice to Have Experience with ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) Certified Implementation Specialist - ServiceNow HAM Pro (CIS-HAM) Certified Implementation Specialist - ServiceNow ITSM (CIS-ITSM) Scope Conduct implementation readiness assessment In collaboration with the BPC, conduct implementation workshops, inclusive of product demonstrations Create a backlog of Agile stories representing functional requirements Create Epic level release plan organizing backlog into logical outcomes Focus areas: Core Platform, Hardware Asset Mgmt.
