No possibility of extension. Job Summary: We are seeking an accomplished Senior Business Analyst with at least 15 years of experience to work with our esteemed client, ADP. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in system analysis, process discovery, and workflow optimization. This back-office role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to identify system inefficiencies, propose improvements, and communicate findings effectively through diagrams and documentation. Key Responsibilities: Advanced System Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of existing systems to identify loopholes, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Lead comprehensive system discovery efforts to uncover hidden dependencies and integration points. Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to gather and refine system requirements. Represent complex processes and system interactions using visual tools such as flowcharts, process diagrams, and technical documentation. Documentation and Workflow Optimization: Develop and maintain detailed documentation of workflows, systems, and operational processes. Propose and implement workflow optimization strategies to enhance system efficiency and business productivity. System Mapping and Exploration: Perform detailed system mapping to document the current state and explore opportunities for improvement. Analyze the interplay between various components to ensure optimal system functionality and alignment with business objectives. Issue Resolution and Recommendations: Identify critical gaps and propose actionable recommendations for resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proposed solutions align with organizational goals and technical feasibility. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors or masters degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in business analysis, system analysis, or a related domain. Proven track record of analyzing, documenting, and optimizing complex systems and workflows. Skills and Expertise: Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with a keen eye for identifying inefficiencies. Advanced proficiency in diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Lucid chart) and documentation frameworks. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience in engaging business stakeholders effectively. Expertise in workflow optimization and system mapping techniques. Familiarity with tools and methodologies for business process modeling and discovery.
