Key Responsibilities: Salesforce Testing: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom solutions. Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Validate Salesforce workflows, triggers, validation rules, and custom objects. Test Automation: Design and implement automated test scripts using Selenium. Maintain and enhance the existing test automation framework for Salesforce applications. Ensure reusable, scalable, and efficient automation scripts. Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects in collaboration with development teams. Perform root cause analysis and provide detailed defect reports. Re-test resolved defects to confirm fixes. Collaboration and Documentation: Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage. Maintain comprehensive documentation for test cases, results, and automation scripts. Performance and Security Testing: Conduct performance testing to ensure Salesforce applications meet SLA requirements. Collaborate with security teams to perform vulnerability and security testing. Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to the QA processes, tools, and techniques.
