Mandatory Qualifications (M)Five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in business systems analysis and design. PASS/FAIL M2 Possess a bachelor s degree. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. PASS/FAIL M3 Two (2) years of experience in business process documentation. PASS/FAIL M4 Two (2) years of experience of supporting/assisting Project Managers, and business/programs with analyzing projects through all phases of the project lifecycle. Desirable Qualifications (D)Experience supporting the organization by streamlining business processes and achieving optimal value from investments.Experience with strategic business process improvements and data analysis. Experience in the last five (5) years creating data visualizations and interactive dashboards using PowerBI. Experience in the last seven (7) years with Waterfall and Agile methodologies in delivering services and projects to align with project/business outcomes. Experience in the last five (5) years, working with the Medicare/ Medicaid/Medi-Cal program. Experience in the last five (5) years developing interactive roadmaps. Added Skills: Business Analysis Business Process Medicaid Medicare Microsoft Power BI Business Systems analysis document documentation projects lifecycle data visualization agile.
