Location: onsite 100% in Houston, TX Duration: 12+ Months Visa: GC, GCEAD, OPTEAD, H4EAD and USC Responsibilities: Coordinate IT initiative participants and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication. Understand business needs and translate them into actionable project deliverables. Define user stories, business requirements, and technical specifications. Manage project plans, scope, timelines, risks, and budgets to achieve project objectives. Collaborate with Agile teams, ensuring the adoption of best practices and methodologies. Identify and resolve project challenges, providing proactive solutions to meet goals. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders in the renewables sector to ensure alignment and satisfaction. Requirements: 8+ years of experience of IT project management Proven experience in the renewables sector, with functional knowledge of processes and systems. Expertise in Agile methodologies, including managing and collaborating with Agile teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proactive attitude with a results-driven approach.
