Job Description (Posting).
|
Experience Requirements/Responsibilities IAM Architect, Design and Implement IAM infrastructure including Identity Governance & Administration, PAM, SSO,
and MFA. Maintain, patch, update or upgrade IAM software in supporting operations. 

Provide recommendations in optimizing customer s infrastructure or processes. 

Manage customer expectations and translate business requirements into a solution design. 

Be the trusted advisor to the customer and oversee the other consultants on client projects to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and expectations are
met. 

Experience of implementation and operation in the following Identity and Access Management (IAM) vendor tools and software solutions:
SailPoint CyberArk 

Must have experience in identity provisioning and federation technologies and standards, such as: SAML LDAP SSL SPML or SCIM Extensive working knowledge
in Linux, Windows, Databases, SQL language and in any of the web container technologies such as Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic, WebSphere. 

Even better if you have: Working knowledge in two of the following platforms: UNIX or AIX Windows IBM Mainframe tools like Top Secret, ACF2 or RACF
Working knowledge in general security principles (PKI, PKCS, OCSP). Effective communication skills in English. 

Analytical and problem solving skills. 22CyberVES; 22CyberOPS

DoD 8570.1-M Certification: IAM Level I Certification CAC/PKI RA/LRA FAE shall have all the training

To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policiesTo ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen CasesTo participate or contribute on EN business in creation
of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.

To independently resolve tickets & ensure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.

To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management 

Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
