Open for 100% remote, but candidates local to Jacksonville, FL will be prioritized. Must be able to convert to FTE (USC/GC) b. There are 2 types of profiles that the client is open to seeing: i. Candidates with 3+ years of hands-on Identity Security Cloud (ISC) ii. If they do NOT have ISC experience, the client is open to seeing candidates with 8+ years of IIQ experience ONLY IF they have a SailPoint IdentityNow Certification c. Candidates with recent insurance industry experience will take first priority. Need LinkedIn with photo, DL and visa at the time of submission to share with client. Must have excellent communication skills. Qualifications MUST have experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) 3+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and configuring SailPoint solutions. Proven experience in developing custom connectors, workflows, and rules within SailPoint. Proficiency in Java, XML, JSON, API and related web application development technologies. Strong understanding of identity management and governance concepts, including user provisioning, role management, and access certification. Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, and other directory services, with the ability to integrate these with SailPoint. SailPoint Certified IdentityNow (IDN) certification. Certifications in related areas such as Java development, identity management, or directory services would be advantageous. Lead the implementation and configuration of the SailPoint solution for the business. Customize the SailPoint solution to align with specific business processes, policies, and security requirements. Ensure the implementation meets best practices, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Develop and implement custom connectors to integrate SailPoint with various enterprise applications and systems. Create and manage workflows, rules, and policies within SailPoint to automate and streamline identity governance processes. Utilize programming languages such as Java, XML, and JSON for custom development tasks and enhancements. Participate in the architectural design and planning of SailPoint solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. Collaborate with the business to define detailed requirements and design solutions that address their identity and access management needs. Provide technical expertise and recommendations on the best approaches to meet the clients objectives using SailPoint. Document all technical aspects of the SailPoint implementation, including configuration settings, custom developments, workflows, and troubleshooting steps. Maintain comprehensive records of client requirements, solution designs, and implementation processes for future reference and audit purposes. Prepare and update user manuals, technical guides, and training materials as necessary.Certifications: SailPoint Certified IdentityNow (IDN) certification.
