Position: SiteMinder Engineer Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6+ Months Job Description The Senior SiteMinder Engineer will provide expertise and support surrounding Identity and Single Sign On solutions throughout the enterprise. What Youll Get to Do: Provide daily support and administration of Identity & SSO solutions. Communicate with customers as needed. Work with cross functional teams to resolve issues surrounding Identity and SSO solutions. Communicate with team after-hours as needed when issues arise outside of business hours. Youll Bring these Qualifications: 10+ years of total experience. 3-5 years of experience working with SiteMinder. Prior experience with Certificate Authority (CA) SiteMinder in the following areas: -SiteMinder architecture design -Directory concepts, creation, configuration and updating -Assertion Attribute concepts, creation, configuration and updating -Agent creation and configuration -Domain, Realm, Policy and Response concepts, creation, configuration and updating -Entity creation, configuration, and updating -Partnerships concepts, creation, configuration, and updating -OIDC concepts, creation, configuration, and updating Knowledge of Certificate Authority (CA) Governance including: -CA Governance CSV import process -CA Governance campaign process and platform -Jasper Reports knowledge Knowledge of Certificate Authority (CA) Identity tools including: -Knowledge of kettle scripting in depth knowledge of logical graphical programming -Data analysis skills using Excel, SQL, or comparable data analysis and normalization tools -Knowledge of CA Identity Management platform -Knowledge of windows password management -Knowledge of Active Directory configuration and management Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience contributing to multi-year roadmaps and strategies. Prior experience working with third-parties. Prior experience with ServiceNow highly desired. Prior experience working within an Agile project structure highly desired. Prior experience with Jira highly desired.
