Role :: Pega Lead | Location :: Princeton, NJ Onsite | Job Type -: Contract to hire Visa-: No H1B and no GC | | Job Description: | Minimum and Preferred Experience/Skills: 8+ years of overall IT experience with 4+ years in a technical leadership role. 6+ years in design and hands-on development experience in Pega PRPC. Pega CSSA / LSA certification is required. Pega V8.x experience is preferred. Should have hands-on experience in developing PRPC / BPM applications. Good understanding and experience with integration tools and technologies such as BPM, Java, and Web services, ESB, JMS, XML, ETL in a J2EE environment. Java/J2EE certification is a plus. Understanding of DevOps (CI/CD/CT), Micro Services, AWS cloud-based development with the right agile mindset is required Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Advanced Oracle/SQL knowledge is highly desirable. Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills needed.
