Key Responsibilities: Technical Responsibilities: Design and develop low-code/no-code applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Implement custom business logic using Microsoft Flow and Logic Apps. Build and maintain scalable web applications using .NET technologies, including C# and MVC frameworks. Create, deploy, and manage user-defined applications and single-page applications (SPA). Manage and integrate SQL Server databases with Azure-based applications and solutions. Work with Azure Cloud services, including Azure AD, Azure Entra ID, and Azure B2B accounts for user provisioning and authentication. Implement and manage user provisioning workflows leveraging Graph API and related Azure services. Ensure high availability and performance of applications by following SLAs and operational guidelines. Participate in design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise-scale applications. Provide technical guidance on Power Platform and Azure-related solutions. Maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD, manage ADO Boards for project tracking, and collaborate effectively with project managers and teams. Support operational applications, address incidents, and implement improvements. Troubleshoot and resolve application and infrastructure issues promptly. Additional Responsibilities: Maintain a client-centric approach and proactively identify opportunities to improve client relationships and solution delivery. Work with cross-functional teams, including project managers, to ensure that deadlines, milestones, and project objectives are met. Resolve customer queries and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Provide strategic input for future platform and cloud services enhancements based on customer needs and industry trends. Skills and Qualifications: Technical Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate. Proficiency in Microsoft Flow and Logic Apps. Strong experience with C#, .NET, and MVC frameworks. Knowledge of SQL Server for database management and integration. Experience with Azure Cloud Services: Azure AD, Azure Entra ID, Azure B2B accounts. Familiarity with Graph API and user provisioning processes. Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO): Managing pipelines, ADO Boards, and CI/CD. Expertise in developing single-page applications (SPA). Soft Skills: Excellent Communication: Ability to communicate effectively across all levels, with both technical and business teams, including executive leadership. Stakeholder Management: Ability to build and maintain relationships with business and technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and managing expectations. Risk Management: Proactive identification and mitigation of risks, ensuring project timelines and quality are met. Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in both remote and in-person settings. Additional Skills: Knowledge of SLAs and supporting operational applications. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience with Agile methodologies and project tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps). Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant certifications in Power Platform, Azure Cloud, or .NET technologies are a plus. Preferred Experience: Experience in implementing Azure-based security solutions (e.g., Azure AD, Azure Entra ID, Azure B2B). Familiarity with user-defined applications and integration with enterprise systems. Experience in managing cloud environments and deploying applications in the Azure ecosystem.
