This individual will be responsible for extracting, analyzing, and presenting data to provide insights into budget and cost center management. By working with JIRA, Excel, and Tableau, the analyst will ensure stakeholders have actionable reports for effective decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and analyze the flow of the timekeeping system as it batches data between Fieldglass (FG) and JET. Extract and export timesheet and project data from JIRA to Excel, utilizing Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Macros as needed. Create meaningful financial and cost-analysis insights from raw data. Collaborate with the Tableau Developer/Report Writer to create stakeholder-facing cost run rate reports. Build basic Tableau reports from Excel data to support visualizations and insights. Work closely with stakeholders to build and customize JIRA logs and instances. Utilize JQL (JIRA Query Language) to pull relevant data and ensure accurate reporting. Contribute to the development of reporting structures and tools for budget and financial analysis. Facilitate communication with stakeholders to align data analysis with organizational goals.
