Collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine models based on user feedback. Establishing model performance metrics and quality assurance processes. Ensuring seamless deployment and post-deployment monitoring of GenAI models. Maintaining clear documentation for processes and systems integration. Staying up-to-date with the latest Generative AI trends to drive innovation. Skills and Experience Required: Expertise with Small/Medium/Large Language Models (e.g., GPT-4, BERT, LLAMA). Strong Python skills & experience with Git, Jira. Experience with cloud services (Azure Blob, AWS S3), PDF parsing, and document segmentation. Familiarity with vector and relational databases (PGvector, Weaviate) and vector search algorithms. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams.
