In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting Jamf Pro environments to ensure the efficient deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Apple devices within the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience with Jamf administration, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with IT teams and end-users.Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain Jamf Pro for macOS and iOS device management. Develop and deploy policies, scripts, and configuration profiles. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to device management. Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices. Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize IT solutions.Qualifications: 24 years of experience managing Jamf Pro in an enterprise environment. Familiarity with Apple devices, macOS, and iOS ecosystems. Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash or Python (preferred). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Jamf certification a plus.Preferred Experience: Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks. Experience with directory services, such as LDAP or Active Directory. Understanding of mobile device management (MDM) principles.
