Required 4 Years Four years of proven working experience in project management or a similar role. Required 4 Years Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Required 4 Years Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Required 4 Years Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. Required 4 Years Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello). Required 4 Years Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Required 4 Years Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Required 4 Years Knowledge of Agile methodologies, IT infrastructure and software development is a plus. Required 4 Years Key Responsibilities: Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report and escalate to management as needed. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Serve as a back-up to Senior IT Management Analyst responsible for day-to-day management of IT budget and requisitions. Execute other projects as assigned by the Manager.
