The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Power BI solutions to transform raw data into actionable insights. This role requires deep expertise in Power BI, data modeling, DAX, SQL, and data visualization best practices. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually appealing Power BI reports and dashboards. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions. Optimize Power BI reports for performance, scalability, and usability. Develop and maintain data models, ETL processes, and data pipelines to support reporting needs. Implement row-level security, access controls, and data governance best practices. Write complex DAX queries to enhance the analytical capabilities of reports. Work with SQL databases and write efficient queries for data extraction and transformation. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports by following best practices in data validation. Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry best practices to enhance reporting capabilities. Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance as needed. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. Experience: Power BI development, data visualization, and analytics. Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power Query, and DAX. Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL). Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is a plus. Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL tools, and data integration techniques. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
