Location: New York, New York, San Francisco, California , Hunt Valley, Maryland etc 6+ months Rate+ + expenses paid from client side SAP PS (Project Systems) Consultant with expertise in the Engineering, Construction, and Operations (EC&O) industry and Public Cloud. Must Have: Must Have strong EC&O industry experience- Minimum 7+ Years and Total IT SAP exp- Minimum 15+ Years Proven experience in SAP PS implementations, preferably within EC&O projects. Strong understanding of industry-specific processes, including project planning, execution, and cost management. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud . Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP implementations, with at least 5 years focused on SAP S/4HANA. Proven track record of successful implementations in the EC&O industry, with specialized knowledge in the SAP Project Systems (PS) module. Strong understanding of construction and operations processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and convincingly. Strong leadership skills and experience in managing diverse teams. SAP certification in relevant modules, particularly the Project Systems module, is highly preferred. Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior SAP S/4HANA Architect with deep expertise in the EC&O industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions with Public Cloud experience, ensuring they meet the complex needs of our clients in the construction and operations sector. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning and architecture of SAP S/4HANA solutions specific to the EC&O industry, with a specialization in the Project Systems (PS) module. Engage with clients to define and understand business requirements, transforming them into scalable SAP solutions. Collaborate with presales teams during the discovery phase to design compelling solutions that win projects. Facilitate the transition of projects from presales to implementation teams, ensuring continuity and clarity. Oversee the technical aspects of SAP S/4HANA implementations, managing risks and ensuring project deliverables align with client expectations. Provide expert advisory services during the implementation phase to optimize processes and leverage SAP functionality fully. Mentor and guide junior architects and consultants, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.
