Coordinate with clients, data users, and key stakeholders and develop and achieve various long-term objectives for data management architecture. 2. Design short-term resolutions to achieve all goals and prepare a data roadmap for management. 3. Determine a procedure for identifying and collecting all required data, validating processes, and recommending improvements to enterprise data. 4. Oversee and monitor all frameworks/mechanisms to manage data across the organization. 5. Design and support all data management methodologies according to required standards. 6. Has experience and expertise to work on Azure Synapse and Fabric 7. Administer mapping of all data sources and movement and analyze it to ensure appropriate quality of all data including error handling, slowly changing dimensions, data modeling 8. Coordinate with project supervisors and business heads and manage all projects regarding enterprise data. 9. Develop key metrics for tests on data and ensure integrity of same on data architecture. 10. Prepare documents for data architecture and maintain knowledge of large data structures as well. 11. Analyze information flow and recommend appropriate technology to provide support to all business processes Communication Skills: Excellent listening and comprehension skills Strong ability to represent complex ideas Excellent interpersonal communication skills Comfortable and effective presenting in departmental and organizational environments Analytical Skills: Quick to identify problems that need resolution Skillful at gathering and analyzing information Effective in developing alternative solutions in group environments Qualification: 10-12 years of IT experience with a solid understanding of Azure Data Platform, Azure Synapse and Fabric. Should have good knowledge on data architecture and implementation experience Minimum 3 implementation experience as data architect lead using Azure Synapse Experience with systems development life cycle and structured programming methods (both traditional and agile), development, testing, documentation, training, deployment, operations, support and maintenance. Exposure to performance measurement, continuous improvement Comfortable challenging the status quo and proposing new concepts.
