This position demands a highly skilled professional who can translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of the platform. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in Dynamics 365 implementations, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to present ideas clearly to key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy D365 solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Customize and configure D365 applications to meet specific client needs, including workflows, plugins, and custom entities. Develop and maintain integrations between D365 and other systems, ensuring data consistency and integrity. Provide thought leadership through a comprehensive understanding of D365 and its capabilities. Offer technical guidance to other developers and support teams. Manage project priorities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for D365 applications, ensuring high availability and performance. Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in architecting and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions. Proficiency in D365 SDK, Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, and integrations with Microsoft services or third-party applications and APIs. Strong knowledge of Azure services and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). Expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Positive attitude and willingness to mentor onshore and offshore teams. Self-starter capable of working within formal, structured environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the insurance industry. Certifications in Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, or related technologies. Ideally located in Charlotte, NC, or Dallas, TX (preferred but not required).
