Role: PMO/Coordinator with SAP background Location: Remote Duration: Contract Job Description: SAP Engagement Leadership Minimum 3-5 years in project management or coordination, with specific experience in SAP projects Key Responsibilities Assist in establishing and maintaining project management best practices, templates, and reporting standards. Develop and manage project schedules, documentation, and reporting for the SAP project. Act as the primary point of contact for SAP project activities. Coordinate daily project operations, align tasks with the project plan, and ensure that key milestones and deliverables are met. Engage and communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including project managers, consultants, developers, and business users. Facilitate regular status meetings and stakeholder communications. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, action items, and risk/issue logs. Track progress and provide regular updates to the project leadership. Assist with change management activities, including communication planning and training support, to ensure smooth transitions for SAP users and stakeholders. Qualifications Strong understanding of SAP modules, project lifecycles, and SAP implementation methodologies. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana) and familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively address and resolve issues.
