This individual will join our Fortune 75 Telecommunications client headquartered in Charlotte, NC. The successful individual must not only have an exceptional knowledge base of Oracle Cloud Payroll products, but also must be an exceptional communicator who will be capable of training the current Payroll Technology team on the platform after its recent implementation. The successful candidate will: Provide guidance and support in the development of projects at all system layers, including data sourcing and consumption, back-office and user application systems. Be responsible for analysis related to business and corporate process, design, development and implementation of information technology systems, as well as consulting with project owners to resolve issues regarding operations, implementations, and system status. Research and recommend strategies for department direction on customer and agent-facing systems, technical interfaces, and automated system solutions. Provide technical expertise on complex projects and research new technology for use by department. Assist the Payroll Technology team with Production Support needs and testing Payroll OHCM processes, identify and analyze bugs found during testing, and document them. Pay close attention to details when running the tests and reporting results. Report any defects and collaborate with the software developers to find a fix and patch the program. Additional Responsibilities: As a team member, enhance the product knowledge and user understanding of Oracle HCM system to the Payroll Technology Team to support Payroll processing needs. Assist with on-cycle and off-cycle payroll process flows, GL costing and creating third-party files. Use Oracle HCM Cloud methodologies to create new, enhance, and troubleshoot components/tools such as Fast Formulas, HCM Extract, OTBI, BI Publisher, PL-SQL, and OIC. Assist in loading data using HDL and HSDL loaders for Payroll related items.
