| From: Shiva Chauhan, TEK Inspirations LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hello, Hope you are doing well, Please check the below job description and let me know if you have any suitable candidate for the same: Job Title: DFT TestEngineer Duration : 12 Months Location : 100 % Remote MOI: Video Skills: Responsibilities: o Develop and own the SOC test requirements andspecification. o Architect/improve thecomputer-aided design (CAD) DFT flow for SOCs. o Design andimplement the DFT solutions using Linux. TCL, Python/Perl (or other equivalentscripting languages). o Analyze, debug, andimplement fixes for reported test and DFT issues associated with the designs. o Collaborate withglobal CAD teams on design flow fixes and feature improvements. MinimumQualifications: o Typically requires a Bachelors degree inComputer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields, or the equivalentwork experience that provides knowledge and exposure to theories, principlesand concepts. o Knowledge and overthree years of experience in DFT practices and concepts, such as automatic testpattern generation, etc. o Knowledgeand over three years of experience in DFT flow and CAD tools, such as MentorTessent, and experience in using them in a beginning-to-end project setting in recent semiconductor technology nodes 5nm/7nm/10nmand 14nm/16nm are preferred but 28nm/32nm acceptable. o Excellent Englishcommunication skill in verbal and written. o Able to workeffectively with global team and be self-motivated to solve problems and managedeliverables.
