Role: Oracle Solution Architect with Sales Cloud Location: Remote Exp 14+ JD: Key Responsibilities: Requirement Analysis and Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements. Design and implement solutions within Oracle CPQ and Sales Cloud to meet business needs. Develop configuration models, workflows, and approval hierarchies. Oracle CPQ Responsibilities: Configure pricing rules, discount structures, and product catalogs. Develop and optimize CPQ templates and workflows for quote generation. Ensure accurate integration with Oracle Sales Cloud and other ERP systems. Customize CPQ to support complex product configurations and pricing strategies. Oracle Sales Cloud Responsibilities: Configure and maintain sales automation processes, territory management, and sales forecasting. Support CRM functionality, including lead management, opportunity tracking, and customer data. Work with sales teams to enhance usability and adoption of the Sales Cloud platform. Integration and Data Management: Ensure seamless data flow between Oracle CPQ, Sales Cloud, and other enterprise systems. Collaborate with technical teams for API integrations, middleware configurations, and data migration. Testing and Deployment: Develop and execute test plans for functional validation. Lead UAT sessions with business users. Ensure successful deployment of enhancements and fixes. Training and Support: Provide end-user training and documentation for Oracle CPQ and Sales Cloud. Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support post-implementation. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of experience with Oracle CPQ and Oracle Sales Cloud implementations. Proven track record of delivering end-to-end implementations and enhancements. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud architecture and integration strategies. Skills: Strong understanding of sales processes, quoting, and pricing strategies. Expertise in Oracle CPQ setup, including configuration rules, commerce processes, and document design. Proficiency in Oracle Sales Cloud modules like Leads, Opportunities, and Account Management. Knowledge of integration tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, or similar. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Certifications (Preferred): Oracle CPQ Cloud Certification. Oracle Sales Cloud Certification. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations. Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
