We are committed to bringing distributed computing, big data, and modern analytics to the credit union community. Take part in transforming the data landscape for our credit union customers while ensuring the team delivers data solutions with practical value. If you are prepared to do what it takes to make this vision a reality, lets get to work building the future. What youll be responsible for: Interacts with customers to gather system requirements. Defines the system and functional requirements of the product. Prepares business requirements and functional specifications. Serves as a resource and/or participant in business process re-design activities. Assists the customer in determining if and how system enhancements may improve process flow and business function. May perform application, system, and regression tests. Responsible for creating business requirements and system documentation, as well as contributing to end-user and project management documentation. Works with quality assurance and programming teams to ensure changes are migrated into production correctly. Interacts with technical teams to convey business requirements. Works with industry research groups to prepare for product trends. Acts as scrum master for the product team. May assist less experienced peers. May act as a team lead. May perform other job duties as assigned What youll need to have: Minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or technical position. Data Platform experience. Scrum Master Certification Experience with SCRUM or other Agile discipline. Ability to bridge communication gap between technical and business stakeholders. What would be nice for you to have: Bachelors degree preferred Excellent communication and customer interaction skills. Experience with Azure DevOps or other software development management tools. General knowledge of the financial industry. General project management skills. Knowledge of Business Intelligence practices and solutions. Familiar with Big Data concepts and components. Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Good grammar and writing skills. Able to meet aggressive deadlines.
