IMPORTANT: 1 - This is a FULLY ONSITE position 2 - Candidates must be willing and able to go to the client location for an ONSITE, IN-PERSON interview if selected for the interview. 3 - Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) are critical in this role as the resource will be interacting regularly w/technical developers, architects, and managers, as well as non-technical subject matter experts, stakeholders, and project managers. Candidates will be developing in Visual Studio, C# and should also have strong experience with development and configuration of MS Dynamics, as well as experience with MVC, LINQ and SQL. JavaScript is used quite a bit too, so experience with that as well will be important. It is also important that candidates have experience with Azure DevOps or a similar configuration management system. The Department has the obligation to provide a variety of motor vehicle registration services, operator licensing services, and regulatory compliance services as mandated by the Idaho Legislature and applicable Federal regulations. DMV is modernizing their systems and is developing and maintaining a significant baseline of source code and associated database structures as a part of this modernization effort. Agency Expected Deliverables 1. Reviewing, understanding and implementing defined customer requirements. 2. Reviewing, understanding and correcting identified problems. 3. Testing and verification of operation consistent with user requirements. 4. Source Code meeting ITD quality standards and in conformance with established procedures. 5. Release of object code meeting ITD quality standards and in conformance with established procedures. 6.
