The candidate will lead multiple team members in developing the overall paid media strategy for Search, Display, Social Media, Video and other Lead Generation platforms, and will direct vendors in the execution and optimization of campaigns. The candidate will keep abreast of digital industry trends, analyze data, validate strategies, make recommendations, and continually optimize performance. In addition, the candidate will lead the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for each brand and Client's Corporate. Primary Responsibilities: Directs and defines national and local paid media strategies in accordance with brand goals and overall company business objectives. Leads external vendors/agencies based on defined strategies; Manages performance of national agency services, including PPC, Display, Retargeting, YouTube, Facebook and other tactics. Owns and negotiates paid and social media contracts and renewals Introduces and tests new national paid media strategies encompassing tactics and targeting; leverages successes and learnings from one brand across entire Client's brand portfolio, where applicable Researches and vets new national media partners for high-value digital opportunities to add to the marketing mix, in order to drive brand awareness, leads and other KPIs. Develop and manage digital media budgets and use data to drive digital media decision making; Allocate monthly budgets among various channels based on in-depth analysis and projections. Produce insightful, data-driven analysis within post-campaign/monthly reports to demonstrate the effectiveness of media plans and optimizations. Leads the social media team in creating & deploying 150+ content pieces per month to promote brand or seasonal offerings Develop and execute a social media brand boosting schedule and leverage performance opportunities to increase reach and engagement Launch and develop new social media channels such as TikTok; continually optimize organic presence on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Twitter Partners with Digital Marketing Strategy, SEO, CRM, and Digital Product team members to coordinate efforts and leverage learnings from other channels. Develop strategies to support B2B brands, as the target audience differs Strategizes optimal media mix between national and local marketing efforts to drive cost efficiency and reduce media overlap. Assists in establishing recommended local media budgets. Oversees local paid media strategy and directs approved local media agencies in driving KPIs and continuous growth in accordance with brand service offerings. Develops and maintains overarching local paid media performance reporting, encompassing all approved local media agencies. Develop a playbook for the local media vendors by brand, including campaign execution (defined Google Ad and FB lead gen campaigns, Google Analytics tracking, call tracking, reporting KPIs). Ensure best practices and wins are shared across brands. Reports on social media content management platform (SOCi) local usage and directs plan in coordination with local marketing team to increasing usage and engagement Serves as subject matter expert for all predominant digital and social marketing platforms, industry updates trends.
