Technical Sound on Tivoli alerts and Mainframe systems 2. Troubleshoot and provide advice on Schedule jobs failure etc. 3. Experience in Performance Tuning, Slowness of the scheduled jobs, deep analysis in handling failure, RFB etc. 4. Knowledge of relational databases, NO SQL Database will be added advantage 5. Good communication skill and experience to handle P1/P2 outages. 6.
