Must have experience working with business stakeholders, developers, Tech leads and leadership Gathering and documenting requirements in JIRA/other online tools for agile Experience in a scrum master role in software development Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement) Excellent communication and servant leadership skills Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability Outstanding organizational skills Degree in Computer Science, Business or a similar field Scrum master certification is a plus Must have basic understanding of SQL, AWS Cloud, Databases etc. Skill (Primary): Technical Skills (APPS)-Test Management-Technical-Scrum Master Candidate must have AWS in the tech stack and longevity in the Scrum Master role.
