Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong ability to diagnose and resolve issues effectively. Experience analyzing complex business processes and implementing technical solutions. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Ability to simplify and communicate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Nice-to-Have: Experience working in a product-based Salesforce instance (though not required).
