Hi Everyone, Good Morning to you all, Core .NET MAUI and Xamarin Developer Remote New York State Client Long Term Contract Rate: $65/Hour on C2C Core .NET MAUI and Xamarin: Understanding the fundamentals of .NET MAUI, including its architecture, core components, and lifecycle management. Building user interfaces using XAML, including layouts, styling, and data binding. Implementing MVVM pattern to separate UI logic from business logic and data binding. XAML markup for defining user interfaces. Layouts (Grid, StackLayout, Relative Layout) UI Controls (Entry, Label, Button, ListView, Picker) Custom Renderers for platform-specific UI customization Familiarity with core .NET MAUI controls like: Buttons, Entry, Label, Image, CollectionView, NavigationPage Utilizing platform-specific APIs for features like device capabilities, storage, network access, Android SDK (Activities, Fragments, Intents) and more. C# Programming: Strong proficiency in C# syntax, object-oriented programming principles, asynchronous programming, and best practices. Utilizing C# features like lambda expressions, LINQ, and generics for efficient code writing. .NET Common Language Runtime (CLR) .NET Standard Library Dependency Injection Data Handling: REST API consumption using HttpClient JSON serialization/deserialization Local data storage (SQLite, SharedPreferences) Cross-Platform Development: Designing and developing applications that run seamlessly across Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows using a single codebase. Adapting the UI and behavior to specific platform characteristics while maintaining a consistent user experience. Visual Studio Integration: Efficiently using Visual Studio for project creation, code editing, debugging, and deployment. Leveraging Visual Studio features like Hot Reload for rapid development. Version control (TFS) Other Relevant Skills: Performance Optimization: Techniques to optimize app performance for various devices and scenarios. Unit Testing: Writing unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
