Solution Design & Architecture: o Design comprehensive supply chain solutions based on the Kinaxis RapidResponse platform. o Develop solution architecture that aligns with the client's business needs and objectives. o Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of the proposed solution. 2. Client Collaboration: o Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. o Lead workshops, meetings, and presentations to discuss solution strategies. o Provide recommendations based on industry best practices. 3. Implementation: o Oversee and participate in the implementation of the Kinaxis platform, including configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.). o Lead technical teams to ensure successful delivery of the solution. 4. Customization and Integration: o Develop and implement custom solutions using Kinaxis' scripting language (RapidResponse Scripting). o Integrate Kinaxis with other systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other ERP platforms. 5. Troubleshooting & Support: o Provide technical support and troubleshooting during and after implementation. o Work closely with client IT teams to ensure smooth operation of the system. 6. Testing & Validation: o Develop and execute test plans to validate the solution's functionality. o Ensure that the solution meets quality and performance benchmarks. 7. Documentation: o Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution overviews, and configuration guides. Key Skills & Qualifications: Kinaxis RapidResponse Experience: Expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse, including solution design, configuration, and scripting. Supply Chain Expertise: Strong understanding of supply chain processes (demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, S&OP). Technical Skills: Experience in software development, scripting (e.g., Kinaxis scripting language), and systems integration. ERP/CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, and how they integrate with Kinaxis. Communication Skills: Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work closely with clients. Project Management: Experience managing projects and guiding technical teams through implementations. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related field. Kinaxis RapidResponse certification(s). Experience working with Agile or other software development methodologies. Previous experience in a consulting role or within large enterprise environments.
