Work with development, operations, and support teams to ensure optimal application performance. Monitor the performance of applications, microservices, and infrastructure, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain dashboards, alerts, and reports for real-time and historical performance metrics. Provide proactive and real-time troubleshooting of performance issues using Dynatrace's AI-driven insights. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize system configurations and improve the overall user experience. Perform regular health checks of the Dynatrace infrastructure and ensure appropriate updates and maintenance. Support incident management by identifying root causes of performance issues using Dynatrace APM. Train and mentor internal teams on Dynatrace best practices, usage, and optimization strategies. Qualifications: Hands on experience with Cloud, Native, Mobile and Kubernetes orchestration on Dynatrace Integration experience with DevOps, deployment and ITSM tools. Should be comfortable working with DQL, Grail and extracting metrics. Experience with Workflow, Notebook and other advanced features of Dynatrace Stay up-to-date with new Dynatrace features, releases, and industry trends.
