Experience in Deployment via Workbench, Git (GitLab and GitHub), Jenkins, Gearset and Change set. Collaborate with Salesforce Solution Architects and Business Analysts to translate business needs into technical solutions. Engage in project planning, defining scope, timelines, and resources. Lead Salesforce solution design, including data models, workflows, and custom code. Provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers, ensuring best practices. Mentor developers, promote knowledge sharing, and conduct code reviews. Collaborate with business and project leaders to align development with project goals.
