Experienced in interviewing business stakeholders to understand requirements, building process flows in Visio, writing functional design documents and product backlog items (features, user stories) in Azure DevOps. Experienced working with and managing a hybrid onshore/nearshore/offshore Engineering team in an iterative sprint manner. Including being flexible with offshore calls. Experienced with Project Management activities including: (weekly status reports, scheduling workshops/demoes, sending meeting minutes, maintaining RAID log, managing and reporting sprint progress using Azure DevOps tools/reports).
