This role offers flexibility with remote work from Idaho, United States. Key Responsibilities: Perform in-depth analysis and research of systems and networks to ensure optimal performance. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teams. Preferred Qualifications: Trade certifications (e.g., VMWare, Microsoft, Linux) are a plus. Experience in capacity planning and vendor service management.
