Strong collaboration, analytical and data aggregation skills are required Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to develop and confidently present complex information to all levels of the organization are required A proven track record of leading the creation of Dashboard and Reporting strategies, including the successful deployment and support of those strategies Knowledge of Data Integration, Field mappings, Data Transformation, Data wrangling skills are required Applicant should show proven report/dashboard blueprinting and design experience Experience Level: 5-7 Years in SAP BI/BW Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Objects development and design Extensive expertise in SAP Business Objects, especially in web intelligence reports and the use of WEBI for dashboards. Proficient in SQL with the capability to write and optimize complex queries In-depth understanding of Derived Tables, Aggregate Awareness, Joins and Contexts Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to present solutions to senior management Experience with various testing methodologies and user training is an advantage Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to develop and confidently present complex information to all levels of the organization are required A proven track record of leading the creation of Dashboard and Reporting strategies, including the successful deployment and support of those strategies. Applicant should must show proven report/dashboard blueprinting and design experience. Proven skills with SAP ECC, SAP Business Warehouse, SAP Business Objects, Xcelsius, Dashboard Designer, Tableau and/or other Dashboard Tools, especially leveraging interaction with SAP ECC 6, SAP Hand SAP S/4 Hana is a plus.
