An Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Support Engineer provides technical expertise to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize AEM implementations. Key responsibilities include: System Support: Monitor and resolve technical issues related to AEM, including performance, scalability, and configuration challenges. Development Assistance: Collaborate with developers to implement and test new AEM features, components, and templates. Upgrades and Patching: Manage AEM upgrades, patches, and version updates to ensure system security and functionality. Performance Optimization: Analyze and enhance AEM system performance, ensuring efficient content delivery and system stability.
