C2C About the job One of Indiana's leading employers is looking to bring a BA on a contract basis for the next 6 months, this opportunity is also fully remote! The Junior Business Analyst will be responsible for researching, documenting requirements, and collaborating with developers to design and implement innovative website frameworks. This role will also contribute to maintaining a comprehensive inventory of website assets and ensuring alignment with project goals. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and eager to contribute to impactful projects in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct research to gather insights and best practices for website framework design and development. Document business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications for website projects. Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to define and implement new website frameworks. Assist in conducting gap analyses and identifying opportunities for website improvements. Maintain and update a detailed inventory of website assets, including content, functionality, and data. Participate in meetings with stakeholders to capture requirements and provide project updates. Test and validate website functionalities to ensure alignment with requirements and user expectations. Support project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery of tasks. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 12 years of experience in business analysis or a related role, preferably with a focus on web projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to document complex concepts clearly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with website development concepts, content management systems, and frameworks is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
