Job Title: Application Support Analyst
Location: Nashville, Tennessee (Local Only)
Work Type: Full-Time Office Work (No Hybrid, unless personal emergency)

Project Overview:
Join the Application Support and Reliability (ASR) team supporting the Reference Data & Azure Cloud suite of applications. You'll work closely with a global team across the USA, APAC, and the UK, with a key presence in Nashville.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide support for data applications transitioning to Azure Cloud Platform.
Maintain high production quality standards for workflows, processes, tooling, and applications.
Contribute ITIL expertise during onboarding of IT products and services.
Implement workarounds, process improvements, and automations for manual tasks.
Assist in BCP planning, patching, and infrastructure projects.
Engage in problem management to identify root causes and prevent reoccurrence.
Maintain and grow the team s knowledge database.

Required Skills:
2-3 years of hands-on experience with UNIX, SQL, and MS Office products.
Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Big Panda, AppDynamics, and/or Splunk.
Experience with cloud solutions; Azure Cloud knowledge highly desirable.
Proficiency with ServiceNow, Confluence, JIRA, and scheduling tools like Autosys.
Problem-solving skills and expertise in solution design.
Strong relationship-building with IT stakeholders and business partners.
Working knowledge of ITIL processes.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Nice to Have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience with Business Intelligence tools like MicroStrategy or Power BI.
Familiarity with automation tools such as Automation Anywhere or IP Center.

Work Details:
On-call work based on rotation (compensated via time off).
Shift schedule: 8am-4pm, 10am-6pm, 12pm-8pm on rotation.
Rare OT compensated via time off.
Subcontractors are allowed.
