Role: Network Engineer( L3) Location: San Jose, CA(Hybrid) - PST | MST Candidates Visa: Only H1B with PPnum Mandatory Job Description: Total IT Experience required 10 Years CCNP or higher (CCIE and/or CISSP highly valued) 5+ years of proven hands-on network engineering experience Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g. HSRP, BGP, EIGRP, 802.11)Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls)Perform network maintenance and Network Device upgrades including firmware upgrade, patches, hot fixes. Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability. Monitor Network Performance and Traffics .Provide Level-3 support and troubleshooting to resolve network issues. Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure. Support security tools and procedures in conjunction with the companys Global Security Operation (GSO) team Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution. Hands-on experience in using Infoblox and NetBrain tools.
