Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple AI-based projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Legal, HR, Clinical Operations, and Research, to ensure project objectives are met. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and roadblocks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth project execution. Facilitate communication and collaboration among teams, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned on project progress and objectives. In partnership with the Artificial Intelligence Operations & Data Science Services team (AIOS), oversee the design and implementation of AI solutions, including superprompts and RAG-based applications, ensuring they meet the needs of the Institute. Candidate Profile/Experience: Proven experience in project management, particularly in leading AI or technology-driven initiatives. Strong understanding of generative AI technologies and their applications in various domains. Experience in the healthcare industry, with a solid grasp of its unique challenges and regulatory requirements highly preferred. (I'd be willing to compromise on this if necessary, especially with so many early use cases living with groups like HR and O) Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and drive innovative solutions. Track record of communicating with and facilitating collaboration between groups with significantly different skill sets, specifically when it comes to data science and AI solutions.
