Perform data profiling and cleansing using advanced SAP Data Management tools. Design and implement data mapping and transformation processes. Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to develop and execute data conversion scripts and programs. Validate and reconcile data to ensure accuracy during migration. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, issues, and resolutions. What Were Looking For: Expertise in SAP Data Migration and Management Suite (including tools like BODS, Data Services, LTMC, DMC, and Syniti). Deep understanding of SAP data structures, migration tools, and best practices. Strong foundation in master data governance principles. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and technical teams. Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience with Syniti Data Management Platform.
