Must be a combination of SQL server and BA (as written in their resume). Must have business requirements writing in their resume with detail project information Reporting - Power BI and SSRS Outgoing personality that is proactive (not your normal passive tech person) At least 7 years of proven experience as an SQL Developer and Business Analysis. Proficiency in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries and stored procedures. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, SSRS, Power BI). Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial data analysis. Experience in Infor / Lawson financials is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational, multitasking and multi-focus skills.
